1 – ORDER PROCEDURE
– Send us your inquiry by email (with code items, description size color, quantities), then we will send you back our approval and ask you to proceed to the first deposit payment.
2 – PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank.
We request an advance payment of 80 % of the total amount of the invoice prior to beginning production of the order, with the balance being transferred at the time goods are ready to ship plus the shipping costs.

3 – CANCEL AN ORDER AND REFUND
When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.
After packaging, we will send you by email the balance and shipping cost to pay. Starting from the day we will request the second and final payment, all orders not paid within 3 weeks will be automaticly cancelled without any refounds possible.
